Self-love is often ruptured in the aftermath of a sexually traumatic event. The good news is the sexual self, which develops into your personal and social identities, can find new pathways to understand your losses and discover how to embody the love of self.

Does it feel as if some part of you was taken without your permission and all you want to do is find a way to be free? Grief contributes to the loss of self when a traumatic event causes you to feel stuck in its wake. If you yearn to be in relationship with yourself and others, this webinar will give you three tools to help you begin to integrate loss while honoring the self.

The body, mind and soul often go into hiding and remain silent as a go-to coping mechanism. In the safety of this webinar, you will learn to give silence a voice.

It’s time to start to identify the barriers that keep so many of us silent.

You can begin to reclaim what you’ve lost, and do it your way!

Not just for therapists!
